Flynn Broady
Flynn comes from a family with a tradition of service. In World War II, his grandfather served with the famed Red Ball Express, and his father served 20 years in the U.S. Army. Flynn followed in their footsteps, serving in the U.S. Army. His 26-year career included three overseas tours. In Operation Iraqi Freedom, he led 157 soldiers in combat as an Infantry First Sergeant.
Flynn held the position of Veterans Treatment and Accountability Court Coordinator for Cobb County. Helping our veterans overcome issues of substance abuse, PTSD, and behavioral issues. Helping them reintegrate back into society as productive citizens. Flynn currently serves as Legal Advisor to Cobb County Sheriff, Sheriff Craig Owens. Flynn has recently been nominated and appointed to be the first Municipal Court Solicitor for the City of Mableton.
Flynn and his wife Monique live in Marietta, Georgia where they are members of historic Zion Baptist Church in Marietta, where Flynn serves on the Board of Trustees, the Men’s Ministry and along with his wife they serve on the leadership team for the Marriage Ministry and Co-facilitate a Small Group Bible Study. Flynn and his wife have two daughters, the eldest is a graduate of Armstrong State University living in Rockville, MD, while the youngest attends Mount Paran Christian Academy.
