The Extension is the leading provider of residential treatment services for homeless, addicted men and women in the state of Georgia. We are a licensed and accredited community supported, non-profit organization making a real and lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

After an incredibly successful Capital Campaign and with a beautiful new building opened on our Men's Campus, we again look to the growth and development of The Extension for FYs 2024-2028. Our continued success, position as an organization, and thoughtful and expert guidance from our Board have led us to the establishment of five strategic goals, carefully aligned with our mission statement, which will be the focus of our efforts for the next five years. Each goal is summarized into measurable objectives, strategies, and timelines.
