Tyler M. Driver

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

With over three decades of service to those aided by The Extension, Tyler has been with the organization since 1989, which was then known as the Marietta-Cobb Winter Shelter. He was named Executive Director in 1995. Prior to that time he worked for MUST Ministries, the Salvation Army and Greenpeace International.

Stephanie Glover

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

Stephanie started volunteering with us in November 2017 as a Life Skills Trainer at the Men’s campus. In February 2019, we had the pleasure of adding her to our Administration team. She has 20 years of banking and wealth management experience with a BA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, along with another three years of experience in non-profit work.

Renee McCormick 

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Renee holds a BA degree in Communications from Mercer University and works in development, special events, donor communications and volunteer relations. With years of experience in inner city ministry and working with government, religious and nonprofit organizations, she acts as a public speaker and ambassador for The Extension.

Tricia Roberts

MA, LPC, NCC

CLINICAL DIRECTOR/MEN'S PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Tricia holds a MA degree from Liberty University in Professional Counseling. She is a fully licensed LPC and has worked in the addiction and/or mental health field since 2010. She is currently pursuing MAC (Master’s Addiction Counselor) status and is a certified EMDR therapist specializing in trauma and addiction. She has developed both SAIOP and men-only residential treatment programming and has worked in non-profit or state funded programs for the past 13 years.

Cher Randall

WOMEN'S PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Cher Randall has worked in the addiction field for over 10 years and holds a B.S. in Education from Georgia State University.  Before moving into her current role, Cher served as the Assistant Director of the men’s program and the Director of Quality Control and Compliance for The Extension. She is an active member of the Cobb County Homeless Counsel.  In addition, Cher is a Certified TB Skin Test Administrator.

Del Harris

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL DATA MANAGEMENT AND OUTCOMES

Del has worked in the addiction field for 5+ years with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Life Coaching) from Liberty University. As lead trainer in the KIPU CRM & EMR systems, she creates data collection systems, processes data, and tracks outcome measures for grant and license/certification accountability. Music therapy is one of her passions and she hopes to incorporate it at The Extension once she receives her CADC II Certification.

 

Jillian D. Bradfield

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Jillian holds a BS in Sociology from Savannah State University and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Shorter University. She has served in the non-profit field for 5+ years. As the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance, Jillian ensures accreditation and grant requirements are met as well as ensuring staff receives all training pertinent to accreditation standards and the specific grants that impact their position.

Christy Hamby

CACI

COUNSELOR

Christy has been affiliated with the Extension since 2014, initially as a participant with successful completion and then serving the community as the Property Manager for 2 years. She studied with ACTS Consulting, completed CAC classes and received her CIT in 2016.  Christy recently joined the full time staff as the Case Manager/CIT at the Women’s campus. Her passion is to give back to the place that changed her life.

Cyndi Hall

CASE MANAGER

Cyndi was a resident in the first transition group of The Extension-Women’s Campus ‘2010’ and has sponsored women for 8 years. Cyndi loves being part of and facilitating all transitions. She has held a position as President of the The Extension’s Alumni association in 2016 and is studying with ACTS Consulting to complete her CAC classes to receive her Certification as an Addiction Counselor. Cyndi is a full time employee and has always dreamed of working with women who suffer from addiction

Tony Stanley

CACI, CES

COUNSELOR

Tony is a Certified Addiction Counselor, Certified Experiential Specialist and Anger Resolution Blueprint Certified Specialist. He is a student at Kennesaw State University with a major in Psychology. Tony has a passion for counseling men who struggle with addiction individually and in a group atmosphere.  He believes in the power of being in the moment and uses his background in comedic stand up and improv to bring authenticity to his sessions.

Daniel Williams

CIT

CASE MANAGER

Daniel is a Georgia native who grew up in Gwinnett County where he was able to get sober through the 12 steps. He has worked in the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health since 2015 and works as a Case Manager at The Men’s Extension. He meets with an individual case load and facilitates groups on a weekly basis. His goal is to help any way he can!

Kenneth Adams

CASE MANAGER

Kenneth Adams is originally from New Orleans, LA, and has been a member of the Extension staff since 2019. Kenneth is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and is currently pursuing certification as a CAC under the tutelage of Dr. Diane Sherman. As an Extension Alumni Kenneth is passionate about Client Care and helping Extension clients to determine their very best outcomes. Like the rest of the team, Kenneth is excited about what the future holds for the organization while remaining dedicated to the client-first ideals and traditions that the Extension has represented throughout the years; and intends to be an integral part of manifesting that vision in the coming years.

Hank Kowalczyk

HELPLINE COORDINATOR

Hank is responsible for doing initial assessments for individuals trying to enter our facility, as well as any other front desk tasks. Hank received his CARES and CPS-AD from the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse and is currently pursuing a CAC certification with ACTS consulting. The Extension family has been a major support and inspiration on his journey to a career in the Behavioral Health field.

Heather Freeman

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Heather is a proud alumna of The Extension and became part of Women’s Campus staff in 2019. Her knowledge of our program and her own miracle of recovery bring an enthusiastic presence to the campus. Heather is currently pursuing her Certified Addiction Counselor credentials.
