The current work and efforts of The Extension are to create the opportunity for a posterity ministry that reaches far into the future to ensure our continued success in the rehabilitation of our clients.

Our Strategy

The Extension is the leading provider of residential treatment services for homeless, addicted men and women in the state of Georgia. We are a licensed and accredited, community supported, non-profit organization making a real and lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. Our vision for the future is to extend our efforts to reach more people, and make a greater impact in the community. The strategy is to expand The Extension to accommodate 82 men and 75 women.

The development of our strategic plan is representative of a partnership between a well-known philanthropist, who supported the effort with his wisdom and financial backing, consultants that helped guide the process, our Board of Directors and a multitude of stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.

"We are always open to possible partnerships with civic and like-minded organizations"

-Tyler Driver, Executive Director
