The Extension is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to facilitate a transformation that empowers chemically dependent men and women to become sober, accountable members of society and to serve as a recovery resource for the community.

Our Foundation

The Extension has started the process of creating a Public Foundation to support the organization’s mission for Today and Forever. The Foundation will be incorporated in the State of Georgia and will seek tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(c)3 of the federal tax code.

Current Men's & Women's Facilities

At our facilities, we carry out a three phase program that includes group psychotherapy and psychoeducation, individual counseling, and case management tailored specifically to the needs of the client in each phase of the program. The Extension currently has a capacity of 82 residents. Our men's campus holds 57 beds, and our women's campus holds 25 beds.
